Some people notice significant differences in their symptoms already after the first session! To maximize the benefit of the treatment it is recommendable to commit to at least 5-10 sessions or more depending on the complexity of your health concerns.

Depending on your diagnosis, the consistency and length of your treatment the results can last even up to 12 months. If you are satisfied with the course of your treatment it is recommendable to schedule in the maintenance sessions for optimal results.

We recommend wearing loosely fitting, 100% cotton clothing and removing all the jewelry.

Whilst you can bring a book, magazine or you electronic device with intact screen, it is best to take this time to unwind and relax, perhaps take a short nap? Simply focus on your body and incredible changes that are about to start happening, as you calm your senses inside the chamber. 

It is a great opportunity to practice mindfulness and quiet the chatter of the mind, but it can also be a comfortable environment to work or read 🙂

Make sure you place the chamber flat on an even surface and away from potential hazards.
